Energy Healing

We often think about healing as physical, mental and emotional and forget about energy. Spiritual or not, everything is energy and this is physics.

We consciously know that our body functions and is powered by energy. Our heart beats using energy pulses. Our brain and nervous system communicate with our entire body through complex energetic pathways. Our human energy field is constantly reacting to the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our body.

Energy healing is an alternative therapy working with the body's subtle energy systems to remove blocks. By breaking through these energetic blocks, the body's inherent ability to heal itself is stimulated.

 Here's where I remind you...

EVERYTHING IS ENERGY

Your thoughts and your emotions are energy

Our bodies are a latticework of different energies and is designed to heal itself. When one or several of our systems are out of balance and not in harmony, our bodies don't work so well. This can present itself in a number of ways from physical pain, emotional imbalance, feeling unmotivated, insecure, difficulty sleeping and concentrating, mood swings, exhaustion, chronic ill-ness, reoccurring headaches, depression, indigestion or feeling 'stuck'.

Healing is about bringing the mind, body, spirit and environment back into harmony restoring the balance of energy to the body's natural rhythm.

You don't need to understand the law of gravity before you can fall down, and you don't need to completely grasp the concept of energy healing before you book a session.

Just come with an open mind and be open to receiving.

I'm known for my red hair...

I have been a hairstylist for 15 years. My hair has been many different colors, but red is when I feel the most me! Sometimes its curly, some days its straight, sometimes it's long, other days I wear it short. Tis the fun of what I do!

A Peek Inside my Sketchbook

I always start in the middle never on page one. Art has been a form of therapy for as long as I can remember. I love to draw mandalas. This is one of the few I drew over lockdown.
